  • After confirming the exchange or return process, the product must be sent to our designated address.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

4- Refund:

  • The paid amount will be refunded after receiving the product, confirming its good condition, and verifying the above conditions.
  • The refunded amount will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
