Description
The Indian Jasmine, commonly known as Plumeria, is widely cultivated in tropical regions. It is known by several names such as Frangipani, Temple Tree, and Tree of Life. The plant belongs to the species Plumeria.
Plumeria is a semi-deciduous tree that can grow up to 7 meters in height. It typically blooms during summer or autumn, producing flowers that emerge from the leaf axils. The blossoms appear in several beautiful colors, including white, creamy white with yellow centers, and reddish-pink, and they are well known for their pleasant fragrant scent.
